It is hard to reconcile what Bauerlien says (Educational technology has little or no effect on learning because no-one is using it properly) with what I know instinctively happens (Kids get excited about learning when technology is added to the mix.)

Everyone who knew her and helped her rise to prominence didn't want to have this information leaking out to the general public.

This information needs to be shared with any teachers, especially those teaching subjects like: history, government and english.
