I've just  "discovered" Tumblr  - not as a blogging platform but as a means for posting the best in rich media while still staying within copyright.  Which has prompted me to rebuild my Look to Learn site from Wordpress onto Tumblr.  I still use Wordpress for lots of things, but when trying to promote a culture of critical and creative thinking, I'm hooked on Tumblr -- see: http://tommarch.tumblr.com

ChannelME is a great web tool. It allows its users to browse a particular website simultaneously. They are  able to look at the same content of a web page with  friends  in real time and even chat with each other . Instead of emailing URLs back and forth. Channel synchronizes all participants incl. mouse movements. You'll navigate the same webpage at the same time!

I don't know if it's the way I was raised, or the way it simply makes me feel, but I'm not a fan of alcohol.

This is an amazing site that allows you to share your screen live with up to 250 viewers for free. You can even view the screencast on ipad/iPhone and Android phones. Perhaps most exciting of all is that you can use the site to control the viewed computer remotely, a useful feature for fixing any computer problems from afar. "Flipboard is a phenomenal reading app for the ipad and was the big reason I begged my family to give me one for my birthday. However, because so little content is really produced FOR the flipboard, you have to know how to add it. You only get two screens of content (for now) so use it well."
