"As part of our efforts to support the amazing community of schools, teachers and educators globally, we are delighted to announce that our plans for a 2020 UKEdChat Conference have been moved forward to June 2020. The 2020 event will be our second online conference, and many educators got involved in the first event, sharing resources, pedagogy and great ideas that can be used in the classroom. We have now opened our 'Call to Speakers', and we invite school leaders, teachers, educational authors, educational consultants and educational companies to create (upto) 20-minute videos that will inspire delegates during the 3-day event."

In partnership with Elluminate, we are in the process of organizing a free virtual online global education conference to hopefully take place November 15 - 19, 2010. Our conference strands are *tentatively* set to include: Teachers (professional development, training, etc.), Students (student-led initiatives, exchange programs, service learning etc.), Pedagogy (curriculum, digital citizenship, assessment etc. ), Policy and Leadership (exemplary schools, ICT infrastructure, government initiatives etc.), and Change (peace and social justice, equity, etc.).

The 13th Annual ILA Global Conference in London, UK- One Planet, Many Worlds: Remapping the Purposes of Leadership will be taking place from 26-29 October 2011 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. Leading the Transition from the Comfort Zone of Traditional Education to the Risky Zone of Technology Enhanced Learning panel discussion will take place on October 27, 2011.
