2 Corinthians 4:16 [ Seeing the Invisible ] Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.

Hosea 11:8 8 How can I give you up, Ephraim? How can I hand you over, Israel? How can I make you like Admah? How can I set you like Zeboiim? My heart churns within Me; My sympathy is stirred.
The lungs are the most primary organs of the respiratory system. Without the lungs inhaling and exhaling air would not be able to happen, distributing oxygen to cells and the parts of bodies that need oxygen will not be able to happen.
It you lack oxygen, the cells in our body would not be supplied with oxygen, this is called Hypoxia. Which means they will get destroyed. This happens within 5~6 minutes after you lack oxygen. When this happens to the brain, your brain cells will get destroyed, causing damages to your brain. After all the brain is the most important part of our body and if all of the brain cells get destroyed eventually we will die.
When you exercise your body gets tired. When your body gets tired all the systems, such as digestive, respiratory systems use up their energies and start getting tired. The reason why you breath more when you run or exercise is because the energy inside the respiratory system is used up and to keep it up from having energy is to breath more.
Breathing is an action that is performed by your body which consists of inhaling air (oxygen) and exhaling air. Inhaling air is a process where air is transferred into the esophagus to the lungs and the spread into body parts that are needed of oxygen. Exhaling is where useless gases are forced out such as carbon dioxide in our bodies. During this process some amounts of oxygen are forced out. Respiration is a process of breathing where oxygen is broken down in our cells
