    You use up your energy because you are moving you body.

    When you exercise, you get to use more energy. When you need more energy, your body needs to produce more of it, and thus you will breathe in more and the blood will carry more oxygen throughout the body. This makes the heart beat rate increase.

    When you exercise the resting heart rate become the active heart rate and it keep increases by time and the organs and the respiratory systems starts to be tired and use more energy and you will be thirsty or hungry in the end.

    When you exercise your body gets tired. When your body gets tired all the systems, such as digestive, respiratory systems use up their energies and start getting tired. The reason why you breath more when you run or exercise is because the energy inside the respiratory system is used up and to keep it up from having energy is to breath more.

    When you exercise, your breathing become fast, because your heart is moving fast to get energy for the exercise.

    When you exercise, you use up your energy. Even though we use up our energy, it gives the body a chance for blood to circulate faster and to stay more active. It helps keep a healthy heart because exercise moves different parts of our body.
