  The most important product is lungs because lungs are the last process of the respiration systems and this is the part who gets the fresh air and and clean the waste and carbon if people don't have lungs then people can't consume fresh air and can't clean the air to the fresh air and the carbon will remain. Also people can't even breath if there are no lungs so that is the reason why lungs are important for people to breath as products.

Water is actually a great part in our body as 70% of muscles are water, tears and saliva are made up of water and water helps deliver oxygen into our muscles. However, another by product would be carbon dioxide as it is an essential "guardian" to have in our blood.
