Juegos en linea en lengua inglesa. Se van actualizando por lo que siempre hay juegos nuevos que emplear. Me parece una forma muy buena de aprender vocabulario, ya que motiva mas a los estudiantes que con las clásicas listas.

This site is very useful, concretely, for a history lesson. It will encourage a deeper understanding of the English history. We can find different topics, events and sites, related to different periods of time of the British history, they aimed at students ranging from 11-16 years old. Also information about historical figures of international renown. In most links you can find dynamic resources for primary schools, secondary schools, pictures, videos, activities….

A very useful site for a history lesson

In this link we find a presentation with slides covering the way we can support our students´s language through the 4 Cs and communication. The presentation shows different stages. It aims at making our students use English communicatively and effectively. It is learning to use language and using language to learn. Teachers plan language carefully, analysing what kind of language learners will be using. It includes explanations on BICS (Basic Interpersonal Communication System) and CALPS (Cognitive Academic Language Proficiency System). They both are necessary to promote in class. It is very useful, complete and reallly applicable in the primary and secondary stage classrooms.
