Jake was the older, bigger kid in my neighborhood, the guy we feared because he was a vicious bully. He'd knock you off your bicycle, steal your lunch money, and throw water balloons filled with pee at you.

Kitchen Ventilation & Selecting Kitchen Chimney - 0 views

  •
A modular chimney once installed in the kitchen, it exhausts the smoke, oil vapor, dust particles and carbon present in the air. Modular kitchen chimneys are not only efficient to get rid of impurities in the kitchen but also give an added style to kitchen design. Indian cooking involves a lot of frying masalas, tadkas, and needless to say, the kitchens can be filled with smoke and end up with watering eyes and the grimy tiles behind stove show what have been cooking. Being an Indian housewife for the last 27 years, and having cooked some super delicious meals for family of three and hosted parties for 25 or more every year, the fact that whipping up some traditional or exotic meals that are very Indian, leave kitchen grimy and full of fumes and a multitude of odors. Particularly in the hot summers. Indian cooking includes a lot of frying and use of ghee and oil which contribute to the fumes and grime. It saves the ceiling above the cooking area to get damaged and also smoke spreading to other rooms. The chimney is mounted from the ceiling with touch control switch panels on each side for ease in operation. It also has multiple blower speed control and comes with an elegant glass finish to enhance the look of kitchen. The Chimney is equipped with the latest Dry auto clean technology which is the evolution from soap water fed auto clean technology to dry auto clean technology, wherein, a single push of a switch is good enough to clean the chimney automatically and deposit the dirt in the oil collectors. Kitchen chimneys are essential for various reasons like cleanliness, health and hygiene. It does not matter whether the kitchen is small or big ,there may be a problem of fumes and smoke. Hence chimney plays a very important role in keeping the kitchen neat and clean. The fumes which comes out while cooking causes certain stickiness on the cabinets which may cause several health problems. Putting up a chimney in the kitchen keeps the kitchen clean and also remove

A Tale of Chicken and Two Dumplings? - 0 views

  •
Dumplings, in their simplest form, are cooked dough. They can be steamed, stewed, baked, boiled, or fried. They can be sweet or savory. They can be balls of risen dough or flattened and wrapped around a filling. Dumplings span the globe; most world cuisines have them in one form or another. From wontons and gnocchi to matzah balls and pierogi. From empanadas to samosas and apple turnovers to beignets, dumplings can be appetizers, side dishes, main courses, and desserts. A dinner party featuring nothing but dumplings would be fun and challenging to pull off. I may just have to do that!

On these Valentine... - 0 views

Everybody worth his or her Atenean salt loves the Wicked Oreo. It's your favorite cookie smothered in sweet batter. It's such a simple dessert and it works. Try it out after you had your hefty fill of their wings or chicken tenders! Mandatory! It just costs a measly 75 bucks. Spare change for an indulgence like this if you ask me. The vanilla ice cream works well with the creamy batter to make the signature Oreo taste stand out all the more. It's a dessert that you can easily chill with, in moments like this. It is homey and comforting. It's a cold food for the lovesick soul.

Today's Kool Idea: Collapsible / Pop Up Mesh Food Covers - 0 views

  •
Once a month, The Daily Kool family gets together with a group of friends at the park for a great big picnic lunch. We have such a good time! We all split the cost of a pavilion, and each family is responsible for bringing one food dish and at least one game for the kids to play together. This has to be one of the best ideas we've ever had...just imagine an afternoon of fun in the sun, coupled with great friends, yummy food and our children's infectious laughter in the background. Did we mention the food? Imagine a picnic table filled with delectable delights...salads, dips, sandwiches, casseroles, desserts...the list goes on and on. The one thing that has always put a damper on our picnic is the sheer number of pests that inevitable try to horde in on our buffet. Seriously, folks...we're tired of constantly shooing flies away from our food...sure, it gives our arms a good workout, but this is just not the way we want to tone up our biceps. We needed to find a better way to protect our goodies.

Today's Kool Idea: Fuller Brush Foaming Garbage Disposal Cleaner - 0 views

  •
Periodically, areas in The Daily Kool home fall victim to the chaos of a busy life filled with activity, children and pets. Okay, are you ready? We confess that sometimes, we are just too busy (or too tired) to clean. There, it's out. Whew! Don't get us wrong...it's not we spend our time living in squalor. But, at some point, just about every room of our house has seen a period of what we consider unmitigated disaster...except, the kitchen. We are absolutely fastidious when it comes to the appearance of our kitchen...this is our domain, the room held in highest regard. We keep every crevice absolutely pristine, so imagine our surprise, when we realized we were missing the boat with our garbage disposal. Our garbage disposal is like any other...it's a magnet for dirty, greasy build-up and offensive odor. Sure, we'd been using the Plink garbage disposal cleaner and deodorizer tablets every few days, but we really weren't getting down into the nitty gritty of our disposal's grossness. Plink smells great, but its effects are very short lived...plus, it seems to be more of a deodorizer than a cleaner. We've tried it all...baking soda w/vinegar, ice, even citrus peel...all okay, but not exceptional. We really use our garbage disposal a lot, so it was definitely time for a more effective solution. Enter the Fuller Brush foaming garbage disposal cleaner.
