Today Sensex and Nifty looks very flat. Midcap shares are not showing any good growth.But smallcap stocks seems to have good buyings. Power, Metal and IT stocks have selling trend. But Consumer Durables , auto and FMCG stocks have buying trend

Today, The S&P BSE Sensex unlocked on a flat note in morning trade, led by gains in HDFC, ITC, HDFC, Tata Motors and Bharti Airtel. The Nifty50 unlocked flat, but was still trading above its critical support level of 7,900, supported by gains in power, metal, realt, and capital goods stocks.

Gold prices are taking resistance at 26950 level. On downside it has very good support at 26820 level. RSI is suggesting flat momentum. MCX Silver prices were trading in flat range only. On downside it has very good support at 35950 level. On upside prices need to gain momentum above resistance level of 36350 level.

Crude oil is trading flat around Rs 3830. Natural Gas is up by 1 percent trading above Rs 180. Gold is flat and is trading around Rs 27175. Silver fell 0.15 percent and trading around Rs 39080.

Financial stocks gain as FTSE trades flat

Stocks opened higher today, but turned lower as Wall Street became alarmed at computer maker Dell's lowered forecast with the implication that consumers may reduce spending.

The recent rally appears to be driven my invisible forces. Flat or pessimistic news regarding the global economy seems to inexplicably be driving the market upwards, but can it last?

Sensex rose 13.84 points or 0.05 per cent and is trading at 29 394. Nifty rose 2.35 points or 0.03 per cent and trading at 8925 level. Metal sector dropped by 0.5 per cent. Realty stocks fell by 0.44 per cent. Capital goods fell by 0.34 per cent. Healthcare stocks climbed 1.67 percent. FMCG shares rose 1.23 per cent. Consumer durables stocks are trading up 0.67 per cent.

Metal and Oil & Gas stocks are trading with weakness. Sensex is down by 12.22 points or 0.04 per cent and is trading at 28491. Nifty rose 2.55 points or 0.03 per cent and is trading at 8645. Metal stocks fell by 1.41 percent. Power stocks have a weakness of nearly 1 per cent. Oil & Gas, FMCG and capital goods stocks are dull. IT and tech stocks have strong movements today.

Midcap and smallcap stocks have some buyings. Capital Goods, FMCG and Realty stocks have pressure. IT, pharma, oil & gas and power stocks have buying trend. Sensex fell 20 points and trading at a level of 28,366. Nifty is trading at 8473, down 3 points.

Mid and small caps rose 0.74 percent each. Sensex is up 0.09 percent or 24 points and trading at 28,188. Nifty is up 0.04 percent or 4 points and trading at 8,429. Banks, IT and Oil & gas are down. Telecom and Auto shares are high.
