Thursday as funds and retail investors preferred to book profits after six sessions of gains amid a weak trend in global markets. Stocks of realty, power, banking and IT sectors declined due to profit-booking. Before expiry of the June series, Indian stock market fluctuates. The Sensex has lost in early trade and now it is flat .Oil & Gas, FMCG and bank stocks have comes under selling pressure. However auto, power and pharma stocks have buying trends. Midcap and Smallcap stocks also seems to have buying trend. The 30-share BSE index,Sensex is trading at 25,360 fell by 9 points. The NSE 50-share Nifty index fell 5.5 points seems to be around 7575.

Today with freshness , Indian stock market made a good start.On morning 9:24 am, the Sensex gained 112 points at 25526 and Nifty level of 7636 rose 25 points. Midcap and Smallcap stocks have 0.7 per cent growth. Metal, realty, auto, capital goods, oil & gas shares rose 1.5 to 0.8 percent. Power, bank, consumer durables, FMCG stocks are strong by `0.5 to 0.3 per cent. Healthcare and tech stocks are sluggish. IT stocks have light pressure.

The market remained lacklustre ahead of Maharashtra and Haryana Assembly elections results in the weekend. The Sensex declined down 29.09 points to 25970.25 and the Nifty slipped 7.20 points to 7741. The market is dominated by profit selling from the upper levels. Midcap and smallcap stocks have declined strongly. BSE Midcap Index have 2 per cent and smallcap have more than 2.5 per cent weakness. In BSE except FMCG, all indices are in red. Realty, Metal, Power and Consumer Durables shares are worst sufferers.

Due to good global signals, today Indian stock market strated its trading with a good start. The Sensex come close to 26600, while the Nifty is seen around 7950. Today Indian stock market is trading with more than 0.5 per cent growth.On morning at 10:50 am, the Sensex gained 158 points to 25,487 and Nifty gained 42 points to 7617 levels. In Realty stocks, Indiabulls Real Estate, DLF, Oberoi Realty, HDIL, Delta Corp, Unitech rose from 3.3 to 2 per cent.

Due to weak global cues , today Sensex and Nifty slipped from yesterday's great record height. Midcap and Smallcap stocks have continued to fall.Realty, consumer Durables, metal, capital goods and power stocks fell strongly. But there is buying trend in Pharma and FMCG stocks. The 30-share BSE Sensex index is currently trading at 27009 level with a fell by 0.5 per cent or 130 points. The NSE 50-share Nifty index fell 41 points, ie 0.5 per cent,and trading at 8073.5 level.

The market erased early gains with the Sensex falling 101.53 points to 26984.40 and the Nifty losing 27.10 points to 8068.85 weighed down by private banking and financials, auto and healthcare stocks. Midcap and Smallcap stocks seems to have a good buying trend among slowness in heavyweights stocks. The BSE midcap index rose 0.5 per cent and smallcap index by 1 per cent.
