How is the Video clipping supposed to work? - 34 views
-
There don't seem to be any instructions in the Help files about video clipping. I can't work out what is supposed to happen. Pressing the video clip button on the toolbar doesn't seem to do anything at all. (I am using IE6).

I've read the reference and looked at the video, but I'm still no better off.
When I use the Clip button, all that happens is that it bookmarks the page on which the video is. In other words it does exactly the same as using the Diigo button to bookmark the page itself.
I had assumed it was supposed to clip the video only, but this is not happening. I seem to be following all the steps mentioned in the references you and Joel gave, so I still don't understand what should be happening.

Do forwarded bookmarks have to be public? - 13 views

I've just started using Diigo and tried to send my wife some details about holiday hotels. She was unable to open the bookmarks. Was this because they were marked "private"?
If they have to be public how do I stop my personal remarks to my wife being available for everyone to read?

Well I would except that I can't get the forward facility to work at all now!

Since several people have reported this at the same time, it appears to be a fault with Diigo, not with our own systems.
Anyone awake at Diigo on Christmas Day??
Helloooooo.......
