found it in the diigo toolbar, under filtered bookmark lists. At the bottom of the bookmark list is "Open all in tabs".

I updated to the new toolbbar (3.1.2), and the filtered bookmarks functionality seems to no longer be available. Is this functionality available somewhere with the new toolbar?
Hi Neuralbomb, You can do it in the new toolbar. 1) Go to Diigo button ==>Options 2) Check "Quick Access Filter" 3) Then you can add tag filters on the toolbar and open bookmarks all in tabs.
