Latin characters in the tags bubble of my bookmark page are not shown correctly in all browsers using Gecko render engine, including Safari and Shiira.

    Hi,

Can you give us some examples to check them out ?

This is the webpage http://www.diigo.com/user/locative in Safari browser in a Spanish Mac OS X Panther.

Interesting, I'm looking at your page using FF - that seems to be all right. Is that correct? Of course, I'm using the English setting here.

Yes, it's all right in Firefox, the bug is in Safari only. In the scheenshot the tag "diseA+o" must be diseño.
I just discovered that Safari Diigolet also suggests tags with wrong latin characters. So if i have the tag "Comunicación", Diigolet suggets me "comunicación".

We verified - it's a Safari browser bug, not ours. We may have a way to work around it - added to our To-Do list to check.

Fixed in My Bookmarks web :) but Safari Diigolet suggestions still gets wrong latin characters. I tried to empty browser cache but not solved.

By the way the safari diigolet also works in Omniweb and Shiira mac browsers.
