I agree with Jeremy. Finding local bookmarks in Chrome is one of its few weak spots at the moment. Yes you can type part of the bookmark you're looking for in the address bar but then you have to locate it in a long list of search results. I have pretty much shifted to Chrome as my main browser but I really miss Firefox's excellent bookmark management system.
"local bookmark" = bookmark stored in the browser. In firefox this makes for lighting quick searches of your history and sites (with title and label search) directly from the address bar. It's great when trying to find a site you know you've been to but can't remember exactly what it is.
I gave Chrome a try for a few days and I don't hate it but the limitations on extension development turn me off. I'm now using firefox 4 beta. I'm pretty sure it will be my browser of choice in the future.
