toolbar

I'm running diigo at two locations. At both locations I clicked on the "install toolbar" to install the toolbar. At one location, I can see the toolbar just fine. At home, however, I cannot see the toolbar. When I click "install toolbar" again, nothing happens.

I am running Firefox. If I click on "install Internet Explorer toolbar" it begins to install (I have stopped the installation since I don't want to use Explorer.)

Can anyone give me advice on this? I have logged out and logged back in.

I tried using the Digolet, but it's not letting me access my private groups.

    thanks!

    1) You can right-click the blank space above the address bar, see whether Diigo toolbar is checked. If
there is no diigo toolbar in the right-click list, do 2)
2)Tools == > Options == >Security == > the first exceptions === > Is Diigo in the allowed site list? If not, add it, and click install again.
    3) You can also right click the install toolbar button === >Save Link as == > Download the toolbar === > Drag the the FF toolbar install file into FF.

If you can help us, please do the following steps, and send me your profile to joel [at] diigo.com .

    1) clear your FF private data

    2) go to C:\Documents and Settings\(your
username)\ApplicationData\Mozilla\Firefox and compress the files in
    this folder

    3) Send the compressed file to " joel at diigo.com" .

By the way, the compressed file maybe too large for email. you can send
    it by http://www.yousendit.com/

    4) Please also change your Diigo username password to a temp one, and
also send it to us. So we can set up your environment here.

Thanks for your time and help in advance.

Thanks Joel. You're right. Popups were blocked. But it wasn't showing up until I right-clicked above the install bar again. I couldn't figure out how to display it!

BTW, I just set a client up with you guys instead of Cogenz (!) because they loved the highlighting function! We're having some trouble with forwarding, emails though (I'll post on that later.) I like your product a lot. Good luck!
