Looks to be a menu discrepancy for the html pages, depending on which web page you are currently looking at. It looks like it doesn't show on most pages... so I am sure the Diigo developers will make a note of this discrepancy and correct it when they can.
You can still get to "Just In" but it will require a bit of a two step process for you unfortunately. It looks like the "Just In" option shows up while looking at any web page that has this type of URL address: http:// {title}.diigo.com without the 'www.' reference.
So click the "Communities" web link on your top bar first and then you will get the "Just In" option. Sorry, if the only solution is a work around thus far.

I prefer to click that option from myDashboard.
