Without revealing e-mail addresses:
* who is your e-mail service provider?
* do other affected group members have the same e-mail service provider?

I will look into the issue.
The 'sender verification failed' part of the log should be enough to go with.
(I'm also on University of Sussex campus, though I use a different address for Diigo.)
