    My tech support tickets have always been responded to by the same person, so I don't think there's a lot of depth to Diigo's tech support, which is somewhat of a concern...

    Agree, feels a bit abandoned here.... where are the Diigo employees? Haven't seen any around lately... , but if one needs help, better email them (contact link in the footer).

    About delicious sync, you're not the only one...
    "We are working on the new version and hope to release it soon. "

    NB: Graham Perrin is a volunteer moderator (I think), but I'm nor tech nor mod.

    The link to that article doesn't work. I wonder if Diigo is going the way of the dodo.

    Unfortunately Google's cached copy does not include later posts within topic 1048026, so I can't guess the full content of post #9 (although it's likely that someone from Diigo said "We are working on the new version and hope to release it soon").
