My tech support tickets have always been responded to by the same person, so I don't think there's a lot of depth to Diigo's tech support, which is somewhat of a concern...
Agree, feels a bit abandoned here.... where are the Diigo employees? Haven't seen any around lately... , but if one needs help, better email them (contact link in the footer).
