that's beyond excessive. he tased a child for.. what, skipping school and being stubborn? that hardly warrants tasing a nine-year-old.

He had no reason to tazer the kid. It was definitely wrong on his part. He should have found a different way to restrain him, not use the tazer before trying.

That's a lot of money you would think someone got killed not born.

I think there was something mentally wrong with this child because the mother took him to the doctors and had told them he would hurt him self so maybe the child killed himself.

Taking away the right to bare arms is not a good idea because the criminals will still have possession of their unregistered guns, but doing a background check on people purchasing a gun is a good idea to stop guns from getting in the wrong hands.
