Alabama Denies DNA Test To Potentially Innocent Man On Death Row | ThinkProgress - 5 views

In a case that has already cost the state of Alabama millions wouldn't you want to get it right? Is Alabama too proud? I don't understand the decision to not allow a drug test especially if that test doesn't cost the state any more money.

They shouldn't have done that. Any smart person would have atleast given her water or seen she was gettin dehydrated.

Running your child to death over a candy bar.. That's a cruel punishment. The grandmother and mother should be charged with murder.

The girl must have broken a very strict rule if she died for it. you would think that they would ground her, but running her to death is just horrible. Both of her so called "Gardians" should go to prison for a long time. I wonder if they feel any remorse for what they did.
  •
why make her run to death ? that sound crazy.
  •
wow who would make a kid do that... well they will burn for that
