In a case that has already cost the state of Alabama millions wouldn't you want to get it right? Is Alabama too proud? I don't understand the decision to not allow a drug test especially if that test doesn't cost the state any more money.

I think the boy should be charged as an adult. He did this to his sister fully knowing that it would strangle her.
