I think the boy should be charged as an adult. He did this to his sister fully knowing that it would strangle her.

I think the boy should be charged as a adult, he clearly knew what he did was wrong, why would he kill his little sister in the first place anyways?

Girl accuses father of waterboarding her - CNN.com - 1 views

  •
"A Delaware doctor and his wife were arrested this week after their daughter told authorities that she was punished by "waterboarding," police said."
  •
I don't understand why,out of all things, he picked 'waterboarding' as a form of punishment. And why would he pick that when he said that he would get nervous and have to look away, and worry about losing track of time? I think it was sick to do that to his 11 year old daughter.

    That is messed up!
  •
I feel so sorry for the kids, they didn't deserve to see their father die but they should now what he did was nice of him, their dad truly was a good Samaritan.
  •
so much or trying to do good. the truth is as long as theres 2 people on the planet someone is going to want someone else dead.
  •
I think its so said he died trying to help his neighbor. And his children watched him die. That's something they will never forget. It's sad that we have people in our world that are willing to take someone else's life in their own hands. It's quite sickening.

100% right thing to do. Its unfortunate the man died but it was his own fault.
  •
It was all 100 % right, nothing was done wrong.
  •
I think what he did was justified because he gave him several warnings and he didn't listen to any of them. Plus, he was trying to protect his family and himself.

Police: Las Vegas officer kills wife, son and then himself in burning home - 1 views

  •
(CNN) -- Even for stone-faced, seen-it-all-before officers, the act that took place at a police lieutenant's Las Vegas home Monday was deeply distressing. The 52-year-old lawman, police said, killed his wife and child, called 911 to say he was burning his house down and warned he would take the life of anyone who tried to stop him.
  • ...1 more comment...
  •
If you didn't want anyone to stop you, it doesn't really make sense to call 911 to tell them about it.
  •
it's sad how people could take the lives of others and then your self but it's really sad that he did what he did and the way he did it.
