The ingredients you need to make Bhindi Masala recipe are as follows: 250 grams ladyfinger 1 teaspoon red chilli powder Half a teaspoon turmeric powder Half a teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon salt 50 grams mustard oil 10 garlic grains First of all wash the lady finger. After washing, keep it in a cotton cloth and wipe it. Now cut the front and back end of the lady finger and cut it from the middle. We will mix the spices that we have. Finely chop the onion, tomato and garlic. We will now fill the spice mixture one by one in the chopped ladyfinger. Now place the pan on the gas and let it heat for 1 to 2 minutes, after which add mustard oil to it. Allow half a teaspoon of cumin seeds to cook. When the cumin seeds turn slightly red, add garlic and onion to it. Now you have to cook it for at least 4 to 5 minutes. After cooking for 4 to 5 minutes, let the lady finger be cooked in it and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes. After that add tomatoes and cook for next 5 to 4 minutes. Now your vegetable is almost ready. Now put 50 ml mustard oil in the pan and cook it for 1 minute. After cooking the oil, add cumin seeds and after 10 seconds, add onion and garlic. Now cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes. When the color of onion is golden, add legume and cucumber and cook it 3 to 4 minutes. After this add tomato sauce in it. Cook it for 3 more minutes. After cooking 3 to 4 minutes, add spices to it. Cook it for about 3 to 4 minutes. Now our spices are ready and mix the rice in it. Now our rice is fried. So you too can make fried rice recipe at your home and enjoy it.
