Why I select it? I selected college stress, because I have had my share of stress in this semester of college. I was trying to find different ways to deal with the stress. I found it to be common in most college students. Some stress is positive and some is negative. There are several ways to deal with stress. Selecting this topic and article was a good choice for me. What I like most about it? What I like about the article on stress is it gives you different ideas about how to deal with stress. Here are some ways to deal with stress: time management, proper sleep, proper exercise, proper nutrition, finance. It was surprising to how much sleep and nutrition plays a role in stress in your body. When not receiving the proper hours of sleep, the body slows down and does not respond as quickly as it would if you slept 8 to 9 hours. Nutrition plays a role in our body and stress. Some foods are naturally energizers and some foods give you energy quickly, then they lose energy quickly and your body crashes. Be careful what you put in your body daily so that you have the energy to get through the day without crashing. What would I like to know more about? How to manage my time, when you see no more time to budget in your life. Where to find a support groups for people dealing with stress and other issues in life.
