Solvr is an interesting group problem solving tool which lets you collaboratively discuss problems and ideas over the net. The application provides platform where you can enter thoughts or problems and then invite others to add ideas on how to solve them. Each suggested idea will be presented as a separate branch. Everyone can easily vote on suggested ideas and even add a new problems to some ideas.

They were all nominated by teachers and administrators from around the world during this year's Edublogs awards. If you're not familiar with wikis, they're quite simply a website developed collaboratively by a community of users, allowing any user to add and edit content. That's the official Wikipedia definition. What better place to get a proper definition, right? Great site to create an online space for your groups - for teachers making their first attempt at creating an online resource for their classrooms.
