Students can use them to impprove their pronunciation and develop their reading skills. All these tools are easy to use and above all free of charge. Most of these tools are extensions that you can install on your browser.

You can record and use your own voice or have typed text turned into audio or import audio - after whcih you can embed it using a cute little player.

Using Scribblar, users can collaborate on their own online whiteboard or "room" - featuring many of the tools familiar to users of Smart or Promethean boards - lines, text, shapes etc. You can upload your own images where you and others can edit it or comment on it. In addition to the whiteboard - there is a chat box to communicate with other users, and there is also a voice chat option as well.

This is just what I was looking for: an easy way of recording a message.
