The Sematic Web Client Library represents the complete Semantic Web as a single RDF graph. The library enables applications to query this global graph using SPARQL- and find(SPO) queries. To answer queries, the library dynamically retrieves information from the Semantic Web by dereferencing HTTP URIs, by following rdfs:seeAlso links, and by querying the Sindice search engine. The library is written in Java and is based on the Jena framework.

The Semantic Measures Library (SML) is an open source Java library dedicated to semantic measures computation and analysis.
Tools based on the SML are also provided through the SML-Toolkit, a command line software giving access to some of the functionalities of the library.

JeromeDL is a Social Semantic Digital Library. As a digital library, it allows institutions to easily publish documents on the Web. It supports a variety of document formats and allows to store and query a rich bibliographic description of each document.
In order to support data set owners to publish their datasets as Linked Data on the Web, as well as to support data consumers to access and integrate Linked Data from the Web, the LATC project has compiled a library of open source toolkits that cover all stages of the Linked Data publication (modeling, linking, serving) and consumption process (discovery, consolidation, application). By gathering high-quality open source tools in the form of a consistent library, we hope to lower the barriers to publishing Linked Data as well as to interacting with the Web of Data.
The Semantic Component Library is a grouping (library) of Flex components or widgets that take record(s) description(s) and irXML schema(s) as input, and then output some (possibly interactive) visualization(s) of that record. Depending on the logic described in the input schema(s) and the input record(s) description(s), the Semantic Component may behave differently or provide presentation options to users.
JeromeDL is a Social Semantic Digital Library. As a digital library, it allows institutions to easily publish documents on the Web. It supports a variety of document formats and allows to store and query a rich bibliographic description of each document. To find relevant documents in JeromeDL users can use searching and browsing features. Whole documents content can be searched through, as well as single fields of the documents description, like author or publish year. Users can also find documents by rowsing content of subject categories and keywords.
RDFLib is a Python library for working with RDF, a simple yet powerful language for representing information. The library contains parsers and serializers for RDF/XML, N3, NTriples, Turtle, TriX and RDFa. The library presents a Graph interface which can be backed by any one of a number of store implementations, including, memory, MySQL, Redland, SQLite, Sleepycat, ZODB and SQLObject.
This website presents the initial version of the LATC Data Publication & Consumption Tools Library. The website gives an overview of the main steps of the Linked Data publication and consumption process and associates open source tools from the library to each step in the process.
a metadata server that gathers library metadata from multiple institutions and makes it available through open APIs and as Linked Open Data. The aim is to make everything libraries know available to the full Web ecosystem.
lobid.org is the North Rhine-Westphalian Library Service Center's (hbz) Linked Open Data service. The akronym 'lobid' stands for "Linking Open Bibliographic Data". We support the process of creating Linked Open Bibliographic Data out of existing libraries and other associated data.
Metadata Management Associates is a partnership of experienced consultants devoted to the development of intelligent metadata management solutions and services, particularly in library and digital library environments. MMA consultants have advised or developed systems for a variety of clients, and are particularly focused on providing solutions that enable data to operate fully within the Semantic Web.
