A nice crossword puzzle to practice months of the year and ordinal numbers. If your students are crossword puzzle fans, this is the right activity for them:-) I actually searched for this activity for my own teaching purposes and tried this activity with the EEC students in 'communication 3' level. They really liked it and were really quick to do it. I guess it was a bit easy for them, however, I think that it was good that they actually could once more practice their spelling skills.

I carried it out with my nephew and and it took me a long time to find a word myself as the number of vowels was very limited. This game is more available to administrate with native speakers the vocabulary stock of which is very expanded
