An interesting place to find/share/interact with audio. You can remix many of the tracks and make audio notes that are associated with specific points in time on the audio track. Easily embed in WordPress using just the URL to the page.

Interesting to think about using 3D body motion tracking to paint and create animation. It's a fun mix of real world movement and software.

On the function side, Google intends to make the news as balanced and objective as possible with options including comparisons of the same story from multiple, competing news sources, news only from eyewitnesses, and a graphic coverage timeline to track the progress of reporting as well as the events of the story.

Kvizsterical, an online collection of engaging literary quizzes, with topics ranging from literary monsters to authors snubbed for the Nobel Prize.

Digital Pedagogy Lab is host of a five-day practical institute that explores the role and application of digital technology in teaching. The institute has three tracks, providing hands-on practice with and discussion of networked learning, digital identity, new media, and critical digital pedagogy.

This Institute is almost full (and a tad pricy) in August in lovely Madison, WI. Interesting stuff.
