Collaborative Tools This website is very useful and mentions close to 150 collaboration tools than students can use. From sticky notes to blogs, to blogs to chat rooms; this website has so many options that we can use as collaboration tools. This can be used to find blogs or chat rooms if I am doing a lesson on a book that requires student responding to each other.

This website is great for teachers to explore different options in the field of collaborative tools. All of the links that are provided have explanations of how to use the tools and easy ways for teachers to use them in the classroom. Another great thing about this website is that it is a part of Wikispaces, which is a very easy tool to use and great for teachers to get new ideas for the classroom. These links can be used for all different grade levels and all different subject matter. They also help students to become more familiar with technological tools that can help them later in schooling and in life in general.

Many of the links provided on this page I have not heard of so they would be worth looking at. I would use this site for help with classroom related stuff like screen shots for all computers in the room.

This is a great website for teachers and students to use for presentations. It's an eye opener to use besides the usual PowerPoint and e-mail for school.

I chose this website because it gives so many options on ways to use collaboration in your classroom. Collaboration and communication with the community is so important, and having a variety of options is very beneficial.

This is a Science site. I chose this one because of the amount of information it had. There are experiments that you can perform with your students as a teacher. It has some cool facts and games as well. Also, there are some quizzes and lessons to test the students with how much knowedge they remember from the day beore when teaching on a Science lesson.

This website offers alot of things for students. It gives you quizzes and games to help the understanding. It has alot of facts for many sub topics of science. The site is designed for kids in the grade school level.It offers links, projects ideas, and videos. This is a great site for teachers to show their students to play around with and use for any science help. I would highly recommend this for any teacher to use in K-8.

Science for kids is useful for kids and teachers. There are specific lessons that teachers can utilize, that include fun interactive games, experiments, and worksheets for the students. Teachers can also prepare students by using quizzes as a "pre-test."

There are different sections on this website like facts, experiments, games, quizzes, lessons, and videos. I think this website is a really great website that teachers should take advantage of and let their students explore on.

This interactive website could be very useful in very many different situations in the classroom. There are many different topics like The Civil War, Immigration, Continents, and so many more things. Students can use this website when they are learning about any of the following topics. There are games and also informational readings to go with them.

This is similar to the math site I posted except it is for social studies. Again, the students pick which area they need/want to practice and they can click that area to play games pertaining to that section. I click on the states/capitals. If you click on the states, it says the capital, the flag, the motto, etc. This would be a great site if you want students to do research on different states and then design the flag for that state. This is a Math site. I chose this site due to the part that it not only has games, but it has practical ways to reach the students thinking and learning ability. The site has fractions, money, algebra, and graphing so it is appropriate for all ag es. It also gives the student some help on addition, subtraction, and fractions.

A website that can be used at any grade level; however, I would use it as a center rather than a staple part of a lesson. This could simply provide extra practice for a subject area that may need extra practice. Although it has lessons and sections for the older grades, it is based more for the younger grades, it would be more engaging for them.

This website is full of games for your students to play. There are ones that they can play individually or ones that they can play in a group. There is addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division games. I think this website would be useful in your classroom when your students just need a break from sitting in there desks. This website will get them excited about math and they will find it a lot more enjoyable.

This site has a lot of interaction, as well as a variety of topics within the language arts spectrum. Students can be given a specific section they need more practice on, and can be worked on during a center. I can see this being utilized in centers very often especially if students are struggling in a specific section.

I chose this site because it gives L.A. teachers a lot of different options of gameplay for the students, and because the games look fun. I'd use it as a classroom tool to help engage my students with a certain topic via online gaming.

This is a weebly website that gives teachers great resources for interactive language arts activities. These are basically games that are exciting for students and help them learn.

This website can be used to teach many differnt topics in language arts. It involves simple ABC's all the way to puncuation, it is a differnt way to teach students new skills.

This website would be great for teaching language arts. You can click on whatever topic you are talking about and a big list of games and activities pop of that you can use. If I taught elementary I would definitely use these games once in a while for the kids to have fun but are still learning.
