This website has compiled a list of free online resources to help keep your teaching tools sharp and up-to-date. It provides a multitude of lesson planning techniques and assessment resources for all subject fields.

Natl Science Teaching Association site is $40.00 per year for new teachers that gives lesson plans and different suggestions based off of grade level, but be careful not to click thru too fast or you'll run out of :free information for the month if you're not a member yet

This site has a wide range of suggestions for someone who isnt so science minded. it also has the other subjects as well

This website has a list of activities and health lessons you can teach in your classroom. Health can be a tricky subject to teach especially to the younger age groups so this website will give some great ideas as to how to incorporate a health lesson into the classroom.

Social Studies (2): This website contains free learning and teaching resources from Federal Agencies which makes it a credible resource for teachers and students to use. It covers a variety of history/social studies topics: government, famous people, movements, states/regions, world studies, wars, etc. There are photos, videos, documents, and other important resources about the topics that are linked to each subject. As a teacher, this resource could be used as links in PowerPoints, embedded in Prezis, or as a tool for students to use in the classroom.

I like the Khan Academy because it says it is for kindergarten to Calculus. I used it to help study for the math portion of my CAAP. I like that it is so versatile and can grow with the student.

Khan Academy is another great math website that allows students to work at their own pace, practicing the math skills they learn in the classroom.

Khan Academy is one of the best websites because it has a variety of different subjects throughout all grade levels. I plan to assign kids homework and use the website when confused or stuck on a subject.

This is the chace for kids to learn educational videos through watching their favorite show. I plan to use this as a reward for the kids are acting correctly.
