There are several different links on this website that have to do with reading, games or even stories. The one i clicked on allows the students to tell their own story.

Mobile friendly math games for kids ages 4 - 12! This is a great game and fun for the students. It's math arcade games and the students can work on different math skills shooting aliens etc. Teacher can use this tool in small groups so they can work on this together or if possible individual or even for the lower learner and the gifted learners you can challenge with more difficult problems.

Funbrain is another site similar to Cool Math. It has a wide array of games that students can play. These games are in arcade style for the most part, which I think students probably really like. Another cool part of this website is that there is a "For Teachers" section. It has tools that make it easy for teachers to find a game that relates to what they're teaching. It also helps you find activities based on different standards and grade levels. Funbrain also provides flashcards that they allow you to print for free so you can use them in your class.

This is great to learn about different areas of science. I would use it in my classroom to quiz students over what we learned or I would have them do it at home. It beats using paper and pencil review. Amber Koth

I chose this site because it has some fun games that I would want to play, so students might also. I would use this site to help teach topics like DNA and blood typing. Students could play and learn at the same time.

Be creative and help people with engineering at DESIGN SQUAD GLOBAL. Watch videos, play games, try activities, and share designs with the community. Why I chose this site, because it gives great ideas for students to create their own ideas through innovation. How I'll use this site, I will allow my students to use this website for STEM or creative activities in science class.

Great resource to use to create quizzes or games for the students to answer about the subject they are studying. They can do this on their own or as a class with instant results for the teacher to see.

Classroom PE Games - 1 views

These games are designed to maximize activity for kids in confined spaces (such as the classroom). Some of these games are high-intensity, some are based on movement that stimulates brain activity, and some are designed with the simple goal of getting kids up, active and happy to move.

I chose Cool Math Games because I thought it is a good opportunity to use math in fun games they wouldn't mind playing. In a future classroom, I think this is a great thing to use as a brain break during the day.

This website would be great to use in a PE setting with a lot of interactive games. I would use this when students need a break or when transitioning.

This is a Science site. I chose this because of the many ways you could approach your lesson plan on Science. This doesn't have any games for the students to play on here, but it does have activities to go along with the teachers instruction about any of the 8 topics listed here. If you were doing a lesson on snow. Click on the link that says, Let It Snow and it is for the 5th-10th grade level. Whats cool about the snow link is it gives pictures of how devastating snow storms can be for the streets and cars driving on them.

This website would be very helpful for kids grades 2-6. There are no games but interesting videos to watch such as "food smarts" or topics to read about like friends, family, school, body, emotions and money. I think the kids would like this webiste because it trys to relate to them by silly doodles on the notebook, cellphones that have texts for them. it is different and yet another good website for them to go on during computer time.

Activities for Critical Thinking in P.E. | eHow - 0 views

These critical thinking games in PE are stimulating and will have kids using their bodies and minds to accomplish their goals. This would be good to use when students want to be moving but need to accomplish a lesson at the same time.
