    Part 1:
    A- Student selected & posted an appropriate website relating to her initial thoughts on Ugandan culture and also explained why she thought it was applicable. All parts were complete on time.
    B- One or more parts of the assignment were not completed on time or one part is missing altogether.
    C- Student failed to post the assignment.

    Part 2:
    A- Student read the posted information of Ugandan students' initial thoughts on American culture and responded with a thoughtful, informative answer. Submissions were completed on time.
    B- Student failed to post by the predetermined deadline or did not give answer much thought.
    C- Student failed to complete assignment.

    REVISED RUBRIC

    Part 1: Posted, to DIIGO, a website that displays student's initial perception of Uganda. Posted an explanation with a sticky note for the chosen website.
    Part 2: Responded to Ugandan students' bookmarked sites with thorough, informative responses with connections to personal life experiences if necessary.
    Part 3: Individually created a piece of art and posted to personal blog and sent as an email attachment to group. Successfully combined individual art pieces into a collaborative work and posted to VoiceThread.
    Part 4: Used VoiceThread to discuss work and answer the 2 questions posted. Discussion shows attempt to analyze and understand presented work.
    Part 5: Student references VoiceThread responses during SL chat. Shared multiple and insightful comments that included reflections on the learning process, self-evaluation, and project evaluation for future application and K-12 teaching.

      When I searched for images of "Ugandan people" the majority of images I saw that included white people were aid workers. Is this mostly true? That the majority of white people who are present in Uganda are aid workers?
