LOVE this primary source analysis tool from the Library of Congress.  This simple tool allows students to analyze primary sources using three column Observe, Reflect, Question analysis model leading to responses for further investigation..  The tool provides more specific prompts based upon the type of document for those that need it.   Responses can then be downloaded, printed, or emailed.    

The Described and Captioned Media Program, funded by the US dept. of Education and administered by the National Association for the Deaf provides free access to a library of over 4,000 accessible educational videos that are captioned and/or described.

This program is free for use by teachers and paraprofessionals who work with blind, deaf, or hearing impaired students. Most of the videos are available online for download to registered users.

A nice site and resources for helping students (of any age) evaluate information sources. This is critical for CCSS and information literacy.

This 3D Human anatomy model allows users to add or remove parts of the human anatomy at the system, organ, or tissue level.  The model is fully explorable in three dimensions.   The "conditions" tab allows users to see the involved systems for a whole library of human diseases or medical conditions.   

Need sound effects for your mutlimedia project?  Soundgator.com provides a library of free sound effects that may be downloaded or embedded in a website.  You may be able to help students find sounds they need to complete their projects.
