This app from the Museum of Modern Art teaches students about modern artists, and provides a canvas and tools to allow users to create their own art in the style of the artist.

The National Young Arts Foundation has collaborated with Teachers College Columbia University to create a study guide based on the HBO MasterClass series. Pursuing Your Passions is a study guide can be used in various K-12 educational settings and it offers educators a chance to embrace arts education in the classroom. Interested educators can access all the lessons and multimedia elements on the project's website and also request a free DVD copy of the study guide and the entire first season of the Emmy nominated HBO MasterClass.

Take a virtual field trip to art museums around the world. Get "up close and personal" with works of art. High-resolution images allow users to zoom in to see individual brush strokes. Rich information is included. An education section includes lesson plans and ideas for how to use the site in the classroom.
