I liked the examples I looked at on this site. Students took a concept and created a video to demonstrate or explain the concept.

"Help your students children classify ideas and communicate more effectively. Use graphic organizers to structure writing projects, to help in problem solving, decision making, studying, planning research and brainstorming."

This lesson is designed to allow students to view the work of other students in the class and to explain their own work. Some teachers may be tempted to skip this step in the Unit Plan, but it is very important that students be given the opportunity to verbalize what the mathematics means that they performed in Lesson Three.

After introducing the concept and providing examples of proper nouns use this gallery walk activity to help build/reinforce students' awareness of the concept.
