    NUEVA LEY DE TENENCIA RESPONSABLE SALIÓ AYER 27/01/12 para la Cuidad de Buenos Aires, PARA TODOS LOS PERROS DE MAS DE 20 Kilos, BOZAL OBLIGATORIO!!! LEY N.° 4078 Buenos Aires, 1° de diciembre de 2011 La Legislatura de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires  sanciona con fuerza de Ley Artículo 1°.- La presente ley tiene por objeto regular la tenencia de perros potencialmente peligrosos y crear el registro de propietarios de los mismos, cuyo fin es la preservación de la vida y la integridad física de las personas y demás animales. Art.2°.- Se establece como autoridad de aplicación de la presente ley al Ministerio de Ambiente y Espacio Público del Gobierno de la Ciudad u organismo que lo reemplace en el futuro. Art.3.- A los fines de la presente ley, se consideran "perros potencialmente peligrosos" los perros que pertenezcan a las siguientes razas: pit bull terrier, staffordshire bull terrier, american staffordshire terrier, dogo argentino, fila brasileño, tosa inu, akita inu, doberman, rottwiller, bullmastiff, dogo de burdeos, bull terrier, gran perro japonés, mastin napolitano, presa canario, ovejero alemán, cane corso y aquellos adiestrados para el ataque. Asimismo, tienen tal consideración los cruces entre las razas mencionadas o con otras razas obteniendo una tipología similar, a saber: más de 20 kilogramos de peso, perímetro torácico entre 60 y 80 centímetros, cabeza voluminosa y cuello corto, fuerte musculatura, mandíbula grande y boca profunda y resistencia y carácter marcado. Art. 4°. - Crease el Registro de Propietarios de Perros Potencialmente Peligrosos de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, el cual deberá llevar un registro de los propietarios de perros de las razas y características detalladas en el artículo 3º de la presente ley y otorgar los permisos de tenencia de los mismos a los solicitantes.
