Tolerance.org is a great website that provides free educational materials for educators. Using the materials, the website promotes the idea of caring about diversity, equal opportunity and respect for differences in schools. The news, conversation and support of the website often provokes many thoughts of the educators with regard of the tolerance in the schools. Furthermore, the website provides various lesson plans. All of the lesson plans are customized for PreK-12 classrooms, which are particular useful and practical to help students learn respect for differences. In addition, when subscribed the website can send multicultural educational magazine, which is a useful media for educators to read in spare time.

These rules are aimed mostly at pre-teens. It is now very common, and generally safe, for teens and even older pre-teens to upload pictures and information about themselves on social networking sites, however caution is still necessary to make sure that posts, images and videos are appropriate.

'Fakebook'! - 0 views

  •
A generator to create a fake Facebook profile for a literary/historical figure or even a concept/theme. I would use this in a music classroom to let students create composer profiles. Then they can communicate with other composers as if they were that individual.

Multicultural Education Pavilion - Diversity, Equity, & Social Justice Education Resources - 0 views

  •
I really liked this website as a multicultural resource for students and teachers because they provided various types of information, materials for lesson plans, and gave contact/following information by the makers of the website. From quotes to articles this website is stocked with information. However since it is so abundant in resources, it seems a tad cluttered, so some sleuthing will have to be done in order to find the perfect resource you need.
