I generally use Flipboard and the Flip it bookmarklet to curate things I find through Twitter, the Flipboard Technology feed, RSS feeds, or anything on the web.  Here is the magazine I created to keep it all together.  I am impressed by Diigo though and want to investigate it further.

Watch Educational video clips, read articles, listen to podcasts, contribute to discussions via the discussion post notes, complete assignments and get professional hours for all of this work in your school district. How can they not value deep thinking, exploration of theory and practice in education? Some things you will agree with and some you won't. Some will inspire you and some will not affect you. My first attempt at curation.  Scoop.it was surprisingly easy to learn, at least at a basic level.  There is probably a lot more to discover.

I'm trying Storify as a new curation tool. It looks to be a great way to expose students to topics yet enable them to explore in various ways.

A very interesting essay comparing curation to mixed tapes. As a child of the 80s and maker of many mixed tapes, the analogy works for me. It helped me visualize the beauty and effect of Storify or Diigo. Warning: the writer is promoting his next product, but regardless his analogy works.

 Great tutorial about using Thinglink for curricula and student curation and collaboration in creative and authentic ways. 

I found the blog of David Warlick during our first curation assignment. I found his twitter page and he has 21,530 followers. Although I have only read a couple of his blog posts, he seems to bring up interesting points relating to education and technology.
