    When studying for exams students are normally under a lot of pressure and commonly confonted with exam stress. Exam period is extremly stressful for many students and some of them are so stressed that they undeperfom, but this doesn't occur because the lack of their abilities but because they have to cope with high level of exam stress.

    Since we are all students, I thought I'd research some tips for us on how to manage stress! One thing I struggle with is my anxiety with exams.
