Parents and their children meet separately for the first 90 minutes and meet together for the last 30 minutes. Light dinner included for children and adults. Designed for parents of children birth to 12 years. Two facilitators run parents' group; two facilitators run the children's group. The children's group is designed to meet the needs of all children regardless of abilities or health concerns. The program material is consistent with topics covered in the adult sessions and supports the healthy development of children birth to 12 years.
