This website/blog it great! I am using it for my PLN. It gives you photo taking tips and gives you information on the latest literature to help you expand your photography knowledge.

This article was great because during my research on Skechers Shape Ups, I came across another type of fitness shoe called MBT. After doing more research on these shoes, I found out that they are beneficial to those with joint pains and help eleviate stress on the lower extremity of your body. This website is a website full of "wandering educators", people that are curious about various topics.

This offers incite into the braod spectrum of mental wellness! With resource tools, discussion boards, and much more you can find alot of what you need right here!

This website is also used for my PLN. It is one of my favorite websites to look at, because it has amazing pictures from some of the coolest places around the whole. It gives me ideas for places I want to travel to.

This is another part of the knee guru site that shows the overall anatomy of the knee and some other general information on the knee and how it should be treated and cared for before and after surgery.

The NIH did an experiment on the effect of instable shoes in short and long term cases. They found that these shoes do show that the instabliity serves as a motor constraint forcing your muscles to work harder than in normal, even soled shoes.

This experiment tests an unstable shoe (MBT) versus a regular shoe. It showed that there was not much of a difference in the working of muscles wit he MBT shoes, but showed several muscles showed some trends of the amount of work some muscles were doing with the MBT shoe.
