The BBC's Skillswise website is a great resource for a wide variety of content areas. On the grammar and spelling page there are 21 activities suitable for students of middle school and high school age.
Here is a great use of a Wiki for students and teachers: a compilation of videos about grammar. The concept is really simple : contributors to the wiki add embeds of videos from YouTube about grammar concepts. Videos currently included on the wiki include the passive voice, negative forms of "must" and "have to", prepositions of place (at, on, in), who vs. whom, I vs. me, which vs. that, personal pronouns and many more.

Paper Rater does basic spelling and grammar checks, but the real value of Paper Rater is that it tells students if their papers have elements of plagiarism. Paper Rater scans students' papers then gives students an estimate of the likelihood that someone might think that their papers were plagiarized.
I have just uploaded a couple of videos onto youtube going through some German grammar. At the moment I have done accusative and dative pronouns and adjective endings following indefinite articles.
