The March 6 edition of Campus Technology includes the following article focusing on why the admissions department is a good place to start for schools moving to the cloud. The article includes comment by Michael Statmore, Chief Information Officer, Post University, who notes that the school has partnered with cloud-based CRM provider Oracle for its online student admissions, a move that's made it far easier for the staff to "unify process and methods." He notes that with the ability to map out tasks and objectives on a central hub, the university has freed up hundreds of hours per year.
