The system of 34 public community and technical colleges will work with Oracle and Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) Platinum Partner Ciber to implement Oracle's PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, PeopleSoft Human Capital Management, PeopleSoft Financials, and Oracle Fusion Analytic Applications.
