Brushes,  AirSketch,  Adobe, Sketchbook Pro reviewed for visual recording and visual animation 2010.  There is probably more tools that have come out since then, and also updated feature.  But the concept and the ideas are well done.

Here is a site with lists of additional apps that can assist people with special needs. I looked specifically at apps for the visually impaired, but there are many more app lists to look at on this site.

Like Jessica I kept going back to the idea that "it's not about technology, it's about the learning." Yet after much mucking about, I kept coming back to this article which one of you introduced early in the semester. To my "pre-app developer" self, it was a real eye opener and inspiration to imagine all these topics being covered (some better than others) in this visual, graphic mode and living on one device. So in the spirit of inspiration, I offer this article as a favorite.

I would be curious as to what you think of this. It's very visual, but has a trendy, pop, "People's Magazine" to it. I searched something and wanted solid results, but couldn't find a source. I wouldn't accept Izik as a source. Started out looking good to me, but having second thought.

"insights on Inclusive Learning Technology from a blind techie." Well, that's how he puts it on his page. But an interesting read as well.
