As you've learned from the article by Goswami, there are some pervasive 'neuromyths' around. This TedEd video explains one of them besides providing some key points about brain. By the way, it is being a very 'brainy' week for me. :)

The author shares his personal comments and gives clues on how to be perceived as an expert in your field. These steps start with awreness about yourself and terminates with displaying, selling yourself to others in the field=)

What do they mean by deliberate practice? What are the essential components of practising deliberately? The person continuing on an activity should respond first why, how and when to perform it to become an expert.

I liked Klass Data because, it is respectful to students. It asks their consent. I mean it respects to the "informed consent" principle of ethics.

This article contrasts and compares analytic approaches to common problems at two comparable institutions. These issues are increasingly common in higher education, and the approaches taken should be broadly applicable.
