      It just seems as though he was very unprepared and not sure what he was doing because being alone out there I would assume he would at least have a cell phone.

      He had a chance to get away and chose not to. I see no reason why he would not have at least made an attempt to get away.

      Why would he write this while he is stranded if it has nothing to do with him being stranded. I'm pretty sure he would be more worried about being stranded than his registration expiring.

      I think this can be a little suspicous. This man found the bones by his house that is in the desert not to far from the family house that he owns. This man or family could have commited this crime. For all we know it could be him who did and just trying to play the roll of being the good guy.

      So he saw her before he went camping in the desert, the wife body was found in the desert and he reported her missing? I think he did this crime and just wanted to get away with it. Like how you going to leave your wife missing? But now she is dead for some reason. Just think about it and put 2 and 2 together and look at all the facts. The husband could have commited the murder.

      The article said earlier that the letter that was sent did not contain enforcement mechanism to ensure bishops actually follow the guidelines. Here, it is saying bishops do not fear punishment. While the letter was a good idea, it seems like they're concentrating on the wrong problems.

      I find it strange that bishops wouldn't report it to the police automatically. What do they gain by not telling the authorities? Also, I think that the letter sent out is pretty pointless, as it doesn't make reporting mandatory. It seems more like a guideline than a rule, one that the bishops are already not following.
