If she didnt report it to the police right away that wasnt very smart of her becuase they police couls trace the calls and get the location if it is a cell phone.

I think that she should be placed in a witness program for her safety.

this guy is very dangerous and should deffenitly get the dealth pentalty. He has had his fair share of warnings and now he just went over the line by doing what he did.
