  • Singh recalled a few cases where underage youth tried to buy the alcoholic beverage.
    • Eric Sowers

This is almost inducement of minors to buy alcohol the way that they are promoting there product to what seems to be minors.
  • "They dressed it up to look like a soda drink. I think the design is pretty cool. I would probably assume it's a sports drink and gone for it," the 21-year-old said.

  • Colt 45 makers are raising the alcohol level from the already high 6% to the even higher 12%

I think potential law suits will come up in the future of the raising of the alcohol level in the drink. Its deceving to people the big can with high alcohol content and i dont think it be hard for someone to go over board.

    • Eric Sowers

This makes me wonder about where this killer is living today. He could be living among all the residents near the beach and noone could know it. I would like to know how they are going to catch this person.

  • Spc. Jeremy Morlock is charged with three counts of murder. He is accused of killing one Afghan civilian in January 2010 with a grenade and rifle; killing another in May 2010 in a similar manner; and shooting a third to death in February 2010.
    • Eric Sowers

These crimes seem very hanus. I think that with these crimes that they should seek the maximum punishment for murder.
  • n all, officials charged 12 U.S. soldiers in what they called a conspiracy to kill Afghan civilians and cover it up, along with charges they mutilated corpses and kept grisly souvenirs.
    • Eric Sowers

These do not seem like men who should be serving our country. Its bad if one or two are doing it but twelve of them. It needs to be looked into farther on how these soldiers are being trained and lead.
  • Two images show the soldiers kneeling by a bloody body sprawled over a patch of sand and grass. A third shows what appears to be two bodies propped up, back to back, against a post in front of a military vehicle.
    • Eric Sowers

I wonder how much trouble these other guys can get in for just taking pictures. It dosent seem like a crime to be taking pictures, maybe against military rules but not a crime.

This tunnel seems to be contributing alot to illegal drug trafficing between the US and Mexico. If we can contain this tunnel from immigrants the drug crime would decrease across the border in the US.
  • Agents get into the tunnel by lifting a heavy grate and climbing down a metal ladder. Once inside the tunnel, only flashlights separate them from complete darkness as they inspect the mile-long structure.
    • Eric Sowers

It seems like controlling the border would be a very difficult task underground. The procces of just entering the tunnels is hard but being down there with just a flashlight would be very difficult considering how big they are.

  • Reasonable funeral expenses;
    • Eric Sowers

I think it was important to put resonable funeral expenses so that people dont abuse the law.
  • It allows a legal claim to be brought for the damages that the deceased person would have had, had they not died from their injuries.
    • Eric Sowers

I think that this is a very good idea because there death was unwrongful and there family should get the benifit that they would have gotten if they would have lived. They already have to deal with the emotional pain of the death of a loved one, this takes away from the financial burden.
