    De flesta av oss företagsutbildare som har varit med ett tag känner till Blooms taxonomi1 för klassificering av utbildningsmål. Den presenterades ursprungligen 1956, men utkom i en ny, reviderad version 2001. Detta har uppenbarligen bidragit till att den fått förnyad spridning bland pedagoger. Exempelvis bygger Skolverkets nya betygskala på samma principer. Eftersom taxonomitänkandet tycks vara på väg mot en ny popularitet, kan det vara värt att ägna det en kritisk granskning. Framför allt när det gäller taxonomins eventuella användning inom företagsutbildning.
